The Rabiej Litigation Law Center is an independent, nonpartisan, and nonprofit section 501(c)(3) organization. The Center’s mission is to bring the bench and bar together to address timely litigation issues arising in ediscovery matters, class actions, and mass-tort MDLs.

The Center holds regularly scheduled forums where judges and leading plaintiff and defense lawyers and other experts in the law can share their views and concerns as well as collaborate on resolving litigation issues. The Center provides leaders of the bench and bar an opportunity to improve the administration of justice by developing consensus solutions and helping to mentor new associates. The Center’s conferences provide first-rate legal education on cutting-edge issues, which lead to the development of action programs achieving practical results.
