Judges

The Center relies on the Judges Advisory Council for guidance in developing conference topics, recommending conference panelists, identifying potential subjects for drafting of best practices, and other advice on managing the Center.  The judges provide critical insights from the judiciary’s perspectives on subject-matter issues under the Center’s study.

The Center’s work product represents solely the work of its authors and contributors.  It does not necessarily reflect the views of any advisory-council member, including any judge, nor of any entity or official body in the judiciary.  No judge is requested to take a formal position on any of the Center’s work products.  Moreover, advisory-council members do not participate in any of the Center’s fund raising.  The Center gratefully acknowledges the judges’ help in improving the administration of justice.
