Work-in-Progress Drafts
Rabiej Litigation Law Center
The Center regularly considers, explores, and undertakes new projects addressing complex-litigation problems. These projects result in best-practices drafts that eventually are incorporated into the Center’s Best Practices. The Center has six ongoing best-practices drafts underway, which are discussed below.
The Center tackles controversial issues, which often raise strong reactions from members of the bar, who rightfully zealously represent their clients’ positions. Although perfect solutions complete with unanimous consensus are not achievable, the Center’s best practices can prompt discussion and lead to improvements in the administration of justice. In recognition of our fallibility, every Center best practice is accompanied with a caveat that the contributors do not necessarily agree with every statement.
A list of team members for each project can be downloaded here. Membership on any of the teams remains open throughout the life of the project. If you are interested in any of these projects, please advise the Center at Contact@rabiejcenter.org.
The Center invites proposals for new projects as well as comments on ongoing projects, which can be submitted to Contact@rabiejcenter.org.
