Cynthia Whalen

Cynthia Whalen is the Treasurer of the Rabiej Litigation Law Center and is its Executive Administrative Assistant. Cynthia worked in the Administrative Office of the United States Courts for eight years, providing administrative support services to the federal courts. After departing the government, Cynthia accepted a position at Williams & Connolly as an administrative assistant to a partner and two associates for another eight years.  For the following 14 years, Cynthia was the administrative assistant to the CEO at Accotink Academy, a private school in Fairfax, Virginia.  Cynthia has been working as the executive assistant at the Rotary Club of Hilton Head.
