The Center regularly sends announcements to its mailing list of more than 7,000 individuals, providing information about upcoming Center summits and requests for comment on preliminary drafts of best practices.  These announcements raise controversial issues, legal analysis, and sometimes proposed solutions, which are discussed at the respective summits.  A large number of these announcements are intercepted at the receiver end and are not transmitted to the intended addressee.  Although only the IT structure at the receiving end can lift the interception, the Center is making them available on this webpage.
