Advisory Councils
Rabiej Litigation Law Center
The Center’s Lawyers and Other Legal Experts Advisory Council consists of prominent plaintiff and defense litigation lawyers, in-house counsel, and other legal experts, who are recognized as leaders in complex litigation and who desire to work with other top practitioners and federal judges to improve the administration of justice. Many council members hold senior positions. But the Center also welcomes lawyers who have experience at every level of litigation because lawyers who conduct document reviews or work on preliminary matters often are most knowledgeable about mass-tort MDL, class action, and ediscovery issues. The Center’s Judges Advisory Council includes influential federal judges recognized as thought leaders in the federal judiciary.
The two advisory councils share their insights and experience with the Center when it initiates groundbreaking scholarship as well as advances the law by practical solutions, including influential best practices, protocols, draft rule changes, and other guidance. Council members provide advice and, unless otherwise specifically noted, take no formal position on any work product of the Center.
